| CENX MemberLink enables Carriers to purchase services on distant CENX Exchanges to which they are not currently connected. This extended service is enabled by MemberLink providers, who offer Inter-Exchange transport services. As a result of MemberLink, CENX Market ESLs (Ethernet Service Locations) advertised off of remote exchanges now show as available in any exchange served by MemberLink connections. Service attributes, including distance-related delays, connection speeds and other options will now be displayed for both ESLs and the MemberLink connectivity. Operationally, local and remote connections operate identically over MEF-compliant OVCs, making MemberLink connections transparent and seamless. All Carrier Ethernet attributes carefully integrated, ensuring end-to-end service ubiquity. |
