A key to service optimization is Capacity Planning. In fact, when implementing multiple classes of Ethernet services in a backhaul network, it's the key element that enables cost savings. CENX's position in the network and its ability to see all aspects of the traffic provides the ideal vantage point for backhaul network capacity planning.

Visibility of inventory, connections in use and performance, provide Service Providers the necessary insight to efficiently plan and provision physical infrastructure. For example by monitoring the service attributes of high priority classes of services the traffic characteristics can be measured and predicted. Cases of peak loads can similarly be predicted and accounted for.
