CENX's Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Service Level Specification reporting service utilizes measurements from the Service Monitoring and reports versus contractual service agreements.

Criteria may vary but typically include, availability based on compliance to provisioned service attributes such as frame delay, frame delay variation, frame loss, failover time, number of incidents per month, etc.

These are typically reportable on an Ethernet Virtual Circuit basis and per Class of Service.
